As I have said earlier, Windows is a very heavy OS and it needs a powerful processor while most laptops under Rs 30000 don’t come with a powerful processor, so you have to compromise in speed to get Windows Laptop.

What I’m saying is, if you’re not gonna use the Windows software then it’s better to consider the Chromebooks because they will give powerful performance compared to Windows in the budget segment.

Now let’s jump into some of the best laptops which are available under Rs 30000 in India.

I will update this post from time to time, but if you want live deals or want to chat with me, you can follow topbestinINDIA on Telegram for live deals. Here is the Telegram discussion Group. See you there…

The keyboard is also very comfortable to use and there is also, a fingerprint sensor integrated into the trackpad.

The build is also solid, it won’t feel like a budget laptop. The display is also bright but keep in mind, that this is an HD display, and to get an FHD+ panel, you have to pay more money.

It comes with 4GB LPDDR4 RAM and 1TB hard drive storage, the RAM is upgradeable up to 20GB while there is a dedicated slot for SSD too.

Overall, don’t expect the performance to be too good but it’s a good laptop for casual use, also, don’t expect to play heavy games because it has an integrated GPU. By the way, it runs on Windows 10 Home and it is upgraded to Windows 11 Home for free.

Here, comes the all-in-one laptop at a good price. It has an FHD+ display, the battery will last for 10-hours, a powerful processor, touchscreen display, and it’s available at Rs 24,999 which is not overpriced or pricey, it’s value for money Chromebook.

As I have said, this is Chromebook and it’s the best Chromebook available at a budget price, the only drawback is it doesn’t support Windows software because it has ChromeOS.

So you have to ask yourself, whether you gonna use Windows software or not, and if the answer is No then go for this laptop otherwise you can consider the ASUS Vivobook 14 X409FA which is, of course, a Windows laptop.

It’s powered by AMD 3015Ce and ‎AMD Radeon Graphics while it has 4GB Ram + 64GB storage and it has a micro-SD card for storage expansion.

The Chromebook comes with a 14-inches FHD+ touchscreen Anti-Glare display. This is the only Chromebook to have FHD+display at 25k which is great and it will be great for media consumption and even for office work too.

It’s not like, Lenovo added an FHD+ display and powerful processor, so they did some cost-cutting in battery life. The battery will last for 10-hours with a full charge.

Overall, if your budget is Rs 25,000 and you have to pick the best Chromebook then the Lenovo Chromebook 14e 82M10019HA would be a great choice, you will be more than happy with your purchase.

Not a very powerful chipset,

Now, if you don’t want to spend all the Rs 30000 then you can consider the ASUS VivoBook 15 X515MA which has all the features of the ASUS VivoBook 14 except the powerful processor.

The laptop is powered by an Intel Celeron N4020 processor and Integrated Intel HD Graphics. It runs on Windows 11 Home out of the box.

The Intel Celeron N4020 is not a very powerful processor, it is good for Microsoft office, watching movies, or doing casual work. Also, this runs on Windows 11, so the performance won’t be the best because it is a very heavy OS for this processor.

Also, it has 4GB of RAM and 256GB of SSD storage, so the speed will be better compared to HDD.

It comes with a 15-inches HD+ anti-glare display with a resolution of 1366×768 pixels. Again, this too has a comfortable keyboard and fingerprint sensor integrated into the trackpad.

Overall, for the price of Rs 24999, this is a good Windows laptop but it’s not the best for power users, so if your work requires heavy software then you should spend more money to get a better Windows laptop.

Bit Pricey…

I know, this is a bit over Rs 30000 price range but it is worth every single penny. The Acer Aspire 3 A315 laptop comes with AMD Ryzen 3-3250U dual-core processor with Max Turbo up to 3.5Ghz and AMD Radeon graphics while it runs on Android 10 Home.

The battery will last for about 7-hours with full charge but keep in mind, in the end, it will depend on how you use the laptop.

Again, no issues with the keyboard, it’s comfortable to use and the trackpad is large enough to do all kinds of tasks.

By the way, it has 4GB of Ram + 1TB hard drive storage while Ram is upgradeable up to 16 GB.

As I said, the laptop is a bit over Rs 30000 and this is the reason why you’re getting a 15.4-inches FHD+ display with a resolution of ‎1920 x 1080 Pixels.

The design is subjective, so I won’t comment on it, so you can decide whether it looks good or not? but if you ask me, this is premium looking Windows laptop at a good price.

Overall, considering price and specification, the Acer Aspire 3 A315 is a solid Windows laptop but keep in mind, that this is still a budget laptop, so you won’t able to play heavy games but it will handle some of the heavy software (Adobe software won’t work the best).

Verdict: Best Laptop Under Rs 30000

Considering the price and the specification, the ASUS Vivobook 14 X409FA is the best laptop you can buy for under Rs 30000 but if you’re not going to use Windows software then do consider the Lenovo Chromebook 14e 82M10019HA which will give you the better performance compared to any other budget Windows laptop.

Still, if you have any doubts then do let me know in the comment, I would love to help you out…
